3 students awarded President's Scholarship for studies abroad

Two students from Raffles Institution and one from Hwa Chong Institution are the recipients of this year's prestigious President's Scholarship. The annual award goes to outstanding young men and women with strong ethos and character for the Public Service. But President Tharman Shanmugaratnam says that is not all. Alxis Thng reports.
