38 Tobagonians Graduate From ECCL Craft Skills Programme:

For the first time, the Export Centres Company Limited’s Assured Certificate Programme was held in Tobago. The Programme is a craft skills development initiative under the Ministry of Sport and Community Development. The Graduation Ceremony was held at the Magdalena Grand Beach and Golf Resort on Tuesday.
