Former Amukura Central Member of the County Assembly Moses Pius Ouma alias Mose Baaba and 3 others today appeared before Malaba Principal Magistrate Ocharo Momanyi where they denied the charge of malicious damage to property contrary to section 339(1) of the penal code.
