43-year-old woman died in road traffic collision

A 43-year-old woman has died after her car collided with a utility pole. Police say the fatal road traffic collision occurred at about 3:30 pm along KNR Husbands Highway at its junction with Chapel Street, Speightstown St. Peter. The woman was pronounced dead on the scene. The roadway has been blocked due to power lines across the carriageway Police say investigations are ongoing.
