44 awarded for innovative, user-centric and inclusive digital govt services

Digital services provided by the Singapore government are getting the thumbs up from users. Satisfaction scores have risen from 85% two years ago to 89% this year. This, as 99% of government transactions can now be completed online. 44 awards have been given out at this year's Digital Service Awards event. Organised by GovTech, the awards recognise excellence in digital government services and the contributions of the community in improving them. Nasyrah Rohim reports.
