Seven thousand more courses will be introduced for those over 40 years old from May. New SkillsFuture courses for these mid-career workers will include training in emerging fields like the digital, green and care economies. But latest figures show a drop in people taking part in SkillFuture-supported courses. This is despite an increase in the number of companies sponsoring their workers for such training.
