70 flats taken back by HDB after owners commit severe lease infringements

About 70 flats have been taken back by the Housing and Development Board after their owners committed severe lease infringements. They are among 800 taken to task in the past five years for breaches such as flouting Minimum Occupation Period rules, or unauthorised renting out of units and bedrooms.
