9 people charged with looting amid Los Angeles area wildfires, DA says

Nine people have been charged with looting in connection with the fires burning in Southern California, the Los Angeles County district attorney announced Monday. "These are the people who are seeking to exploit this tragedy for their own benefit," said LA County DA Nathan Hochman. Hochman's office released video Monday of several suspects allegedly looting a home in Pacific Palisades.
