A Call For More Consultation With The Disabled Community On Government’s Infrastructure Plans

Infrastructure Minister Stephenson King announced that persons with disabilities are a major component of the infrastructure 2030 Plan. Anthony Avril of the St. Lucia Blind Welfare Association has welcomed the move but says there is still need for consultation and the adoption of global best practices to ensure the plan truly meets the needs of the disabled community.
