‘A lot’ of Israeli troops ‘prepared along the border’ with Lebanon

Former IDF spokesperson Jonathan Conricus says there are “a lot” of Israeli troops “prepared along the border” with Lebanon. There are reports in the Middle East that Israel has begun its ground invasion into Lebanon. Israel’s Defence Minister previously hinted at a ground operation, while Hezbollah says it’s prepared for an assault. Middle Eastern media are reporting Israel’s ground invasion in Lebanon has begun. “What I think is going on is essentially Israeli preparations for ground operations,” Mr Conricus told Sky News Australia. “At this stage, I cannot confirm American reports that they have, in fact, started, so be careful with what they say, but it is definitely close, and there is a lot of tactical activity. “There’s a lot of Israeli troops prepared along the border.”
