‘A lot of price competition’ for online businesses

Simon-Kucher Australia Partner Christoph Petzoldt says there is “a lot of price competition” for online businesses. According to new research, 83 per cent of businesses successfully passed price increases to customers to keep up with inflation. But 70 per cent are still engaged in a price war.
