“A tragic day”: Manitoba RCMP arrest man in deaths of 3 children, 2 women

Warning: This video contains graphic details. Viewer discretion is advised. The deaths of five people, including three children, have sent shockwaves across Manitoba. Manitoba RCMP confirmed on Sunday that the five people were all known to each other. The three children were pulled out of a burning vehicle on Sunday. “This is a tragic day for so many people who have lost a loved one today,” Insp. Tim Arseneault with the Manitoba RCMP Major Crimes Unit. RCMP said a 29-year-old man has been arrested but so far, no charges have been laid. Katherine Dornian reports.
