A week after a storm, schools reopen in Butaleja

A week after a rains storm literally shut down life in six sub-counties of Butaleja, life is slowly returning to normal. The floods that affected Butaleja last week closed down the Mbale-Butaleja road and saw five schools closed. Several homes were also submerged and crops were damaged.
