A week of mourning in Rwanda to commemorate 30 years of 1994 genocide

As Israel continues its war on Gaza, which the ICJ has said is a 'plausible case of genocide' -- Rwanda is marking thirty years since the 1994 genocide there. President Paul Kagame used the occasion to point out the failures of the international community.
