‘Absolute and utter rubbish’: COP29 reaches $460 billion climate deal

Former deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce has slammed the $460 billion climate deal made at the COP29. “This conference drives and inspires that poverty and at the same time it cuts into wealth distributions,” Mr Joyce said. “It needs us to borrow more money to send to China, it just makes so much sense like so much of this absolute and utter rubbish.”
