ACCESS TO JUSTICE REPORT :Most issues reported revolve around land, family

Only ten in 100 people seek justice from the formal courts in Uganda. This is according to the latest Justice Needs and Satisfaction Survey report which also cites land and family problems as the most serious issues reported. It attributes this situation to reduced trust in the Judiciary among other factors.
