ActionSA wants Bree Street area declared disaster zone

It's been a year since Johannesburg mayor Kabelo Gwamanda announced that R200-million, has been set aside to repair Lilian Ngoyi Street but the rehabilitation of this busy CBD street is far from being completed. The delay has prompted ActionSA to call for the area to be declared a disaster zone, so that the Gauteng provincial government can force urgent repairs. eNCA’s senior reporter Aviwe Mtila, brings us an update.
