Activists accuse educational institutions of discrimination

Activists who are advocating for rights of persons with disabilities from several countries in East Africa have joined educationists in high institutions of learning to call for the installation of facilities that can make learning for persons with disabilities easier.They say some universities and other institutions of higher learning don't want to admit persons with disabilities because they don't have infrastructure that can make movement and learning for such students easier.
