Activists oppose transfer of NGO bureau to internal affairs

Civil society agencies have asked President Museveni not to assent to the  NGO Amendment Bill that transferred the functions of the NGO Bureau to the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the rationalization of government agencies plan.
