Actor James Hong placed his handprints and footprints in cement in the forecourt of the TCL Chinese Theatre IMAX in Hollywood. The trailblazing Asian American actor was honored on his 95th birthday for a seven-decade acting career with more than 600 credits. "When I first came here in 1953 … the first thing I did was come here and try all the footprints,” Hong recalled. “I put mine on top of John Wayne's -- too big for me. Jimmy Stewart -- too large. But now, today, I have my own size.” Hong was in five Oscar-nominated films, including “Everything Everywhere All at Once," which won the Academy Award for Best Picture in 2022. Oscar-winning filmmakers Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert and actress Lucy Liu joined Hong for the special ceremony.
