Adelaide adopts digital ticketing on public transport

Adelaide public transport users can now buy and scan tickets on their phones. The app launched is called ‘Buy and Go’. It allows passengers to purchase and use tickets for buses and trams, including the option to select a concession fare. The digital tickets will slowly be upgraded for use on the train system. It won’t be ready until the end of 2025.
