ADMINISTERING ADR IN CONFLICT MANAGEMENT: CJ DOLO AND OTHERS SECURE MASTERS IN DISPUTE RESOLUTION

President Museveni has applauded the judiciary for embracing the Alternative dispute resolution mechanism which he says is an easy way of solving conflicts and will be a great pillar in fighting case backlog that manifests in the Judiciary. Vice President Jessica Alupo communicated who represented the president made the remarks during the graduation ceremony of master’s degree in Dispute Resolution by Pepperdine University in a function held at the judiciary headquarters in Kampala.
