Sky News host Paul Murray says it is a “bad news day” for Prime Minister Anthony Albanese as he buys a $4.3 million home as severely food insecure households go without food for adults so kids can eat. “Three quarters of Australians say their kid would not be able to buy a house without their financial support and if you do not have the financial support … then you are stuffed,” Mr Murray said. “97 per cent of the families in this survey who have food insecurity worry the food is going to run out before they have got enough money to buy it.”
