In Calgary, a mother of three and her father were remembered last night during a vigil. Police believe they were victims of a targeted attack allegedly carried out by the woman's husband. Just days later, a similar tragedy in Halifax is further raising alarms about the growing issue of intimate partner violence across Canada.
