African Development Bank to streamline business credit channels

The African Development Bank says it will now start channeling business credit facilities through enterprises with complete projects in need of capital, pooled together to access up to 30 million dollars. The bank aims to eliminate exploitative commercial banks, which it accuses of using their funds to invest in high-yielding local capital markets instead of extending credit to businesses in desperate need.
