AFRICAN HEADS OF STATE TO DISCUSS CLIMATE SMART AGRICULTURE IN KAMPALA

African governments need to plan and develop agriculture as a major sector of employment and source of livelihood. This appeal comes at a time a meeting of African Heads of State is due to take place in Kampala. Minister for Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries Frank Tumwebaze says the summit will adopt technical discussions to approve the blueprint of the continent that will run from 2026 to 2035.
