AG's office wants high court to dismiss a case challenging the implementation of SHIF

The attorney general's office now wants the high court to dismiss a case challenging the implementation of the social health insurance fund citing lack of an alternate operating framework. According to the AG, the court order is depriving millions of Kenyans of their right to access health care services.
