Agrofest to benefit from Suriname Barbados gateway
Agrofest should be the first beneficiary of the Suriname/Barbados gateway. Ambassador Plenipotentiary for Guyana and Suriname Alphea Wiggins made the comment during the welcome ceremony for the inaugural Surinam Airways flight at the Grantley Adams International Airport. She tells the Business Report a strong presence is expected from the Dutch country. Suriname Minister of Agriculture Parmanand Sewdien, said a road map is already in place not only for Agrofest but also for agriculture and gave details.
