Aiming for minimal loss

There has been another fire at the old Ministry of Health Complex in Bay Street. Motorists heading into the City today from the south of the island were diverted as a result of that blaze, this time at the old Family Planning building.  Divisional Officer Tremell Perch says reports of the blaze reached their operations control at 9:05 am. He says the roof was on fire and officers fought to contain the blaze when they arrived.  As a result of the fire, organisers of Tipsy Music Festival pushed back the start of their beach event by an hour to begin at 1:00 p.m. instead of the original time of midday.
