Air Canada ordered to pay nearly $100K for failing to assist B.C. passenger in wheelchair

Rodney Hodgins, a resident of Prince George, B.C., was forced to drag himself off an Air Canada flight after being told no assistance was available. The Canadian Transportation Agency has since found the airline violated the Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations.
