Albanese attends overseas events to avoid ‘turning up to work’

GXO Strategies Director Cameron Milner says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese scheduled parliament during overseas events so he would not have to “turn up to work”. “He knew the US presidential election was going to be on, and so that was a known thing; he knew when APEC was on, he knew when G20 was on,” Mr Milner said. “But he scheduled parliament at the same time so he did not have to turn up to work.”
