Albanese government has ‘terrible energy policies’

Nationals Senator Matt Canavan has criticised the Albanese government for its “terrible energy policies”. “The stuff that needs energy – needs to stay refrigerated, needs to be processed – that’s gone up by a fortune, and it’s gone up because of this government’s terrible energy policies that have taken a country with beautiful and bountiful energy supplies … and now we’re basically at the other end of the spectrum there,” Mr Canavan told Sky News host Paul Murray. “We’re all paying for that and, obviously, the Prime Minister is looking for a lifesaving raft because of that.”
