Alberta couple battles CRA after it claws back $14K received in COVID benefits

An Alberta couple is in a big battle with the Canada Revenue Agency after receiving a repayment bill for benefits paid during COVID-19. Ron and Daria Roffel told Global News they don’t believe they should have to pay back the $14,000 the CRA says is owed, which was given to them via the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB).
