Alberta’s premier facing criticism over chemtrails discussion at town hall

Alberta Premier Danielle Smith is under fire for comments she recently made about chemtrails. During an Edmonton townhall the premier discussed chemtrails, openly pondering a conspiracy theory. In a video gaining traction online, Smith is seen saying " the other person told me if anyone is doing it — it's the U.S. department of defense. I have some limitations in my job. I don't think I would have much power if that's the case — the US department is spraying us." According to a reporter from Alberta Views, Smith was answering a question about chemtrails. Smith goes on to say she will do what she can to investigate. As Morgan Black reports, many are wondering why she did not shut down the conspiracy theory.
