Allegations against UNRWA consistent with past Israel efforts, says analyst

Despite allegations that some UNRWA members were involved in the Oct 7 Hamas attack on Israel, there has not been in-depth evidence to suggest that the allegations have been founded, says Professor Jason Hart, who teaches Humanitarianism & Development at University of Bath in England.
