Alleged torture of Busiiki MP, Paul Akamba - Court sets 30th Sept 2024 for hearing of the case

Anti-corruption high court judge, Lawrence Gidudu, has set 30th August, 2024, date for hearing of the torture application filed by Busiiki Member of Parliament, Paul Akamba. Paul Akamba alleges to have been tortured by security operatives during re-arrest after he was released on bail by the Anti-corruption magistrate’s court on charges of corruption and abuse of office.
