Analysis: Australia’s east coast in ‘firing line’ for storm activity

Popular Australian cities are in the “firing line” for large storm activity on Monday. Sky News Weather Meteorologist Alison Osborne warned parts of Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, and the outside areas of Melbourne could see wet weather conditions. “It is looking another stormy afternoon,” Ms Osborne said. Minor flooding in river catchments has enforced flood watches across southeastern and southern inland parts of Queensland.
