Analysis: Wind shift and high temperatures in SA will cause catastrophic fire danger

The Country Fire Service has issued a catastrophic fire warning for the Eastern Eyre and Yorke Peninsula regions. “Within this particular rating, fires that take hold can travel very quickly, be uncontrollable and uncontained for a long period of time,” Ms Kharoufeh said.
