An animal charity is warning that it is "becoming difficult" for them to provide care as demand for their services grow over the festive period. The RSPCA say they have seen a "huge increase" in the amount of animals being abandoned and neglected across the year as family budgets are squeezed with the ongoing cost of living crisis.
