ANTI-GANG LEGISLATION CRIMINALIZES GANG MEMBERSHIP, RECRUITMENT

Parliament's Lower House has passed the new Anti-gang Bill, one of the pieces of legislation in response to an uptick in violent crime. All members were in one accord as they insisted there must be harsh penalties to deter people from engaging in gangland activities. Garfield Burford reports.
