The Government of Antigua and Barbuda is being praised for its efforts to eliminate cervical cancer as a public health concern by 2030. The Health Ministry has been receiving crucial assistance in tackling cervical cancer from the Pan-American Health Organisation and Basic Health International. PAHO's advisor on family and community health, Dr Solange Kobi Jackson and Chief Medical Officer at Basic Health International, Dr Rachel Masch, underscored the country's ground-breaking progress.
