Anzac memorials damaged by Turkey fires

Anzac war memorials in Turkey have been damaged after wildfires tore through the Gallipoli peninsula. Crews there have regained the upper hand against the fire, however, an emergency is now unfolding in a major Turkey city. The blaze which broke out in the woods has now reached residential buildings in Izmir, Turkey’s third-largest city.
