AOSIS CHAIRMAN PRAISES OUTCOME DOCUMENT FROM SIDS4 CONFERENCE

There are high hopes that Small Island Developing States will benefit significantly from a ground-breaking document unanimously adopted at the SIDS4 Conference in Antigua and Barbuda.
