Appropriation Bill 2024 - Revising the budget will save the urge for the supplementary budget

Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development has highlighted on the controversy surrounding the returned Appropriation Bill 2024. The Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Treasury, Ramathan Ggoobi, says revising the 750 Billion re-allocated by Parliament will save the gap for unnecessary supplementary in the forthcoming Financial Year 2024/2025. President Yoweri Museveni returned the Appropriation Bill days before the Financial Year 2024/2025 ends.
