Barrister and UKLFI Charitable Trust Legal Director Natasha Hausdorff says Argentina, Hungary and the Czech Republic “will not be enforcing” the ICC’s arrest warrant against Israel’s Prime Minister. The International Criminal Court has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his former defence minister Yoav Gallant. “Certainly, there are certain states who have immediately said they will not be enforcing these warrants – Argentina, Hungary, and the Czech Republic,” Ms Hausdorff told Sky News Australia. “Even those states that haven’t publicly come out to say they would enforce have quite a difficult balancing exercise now to conduct because the validity of these warrants is going to be critical to the consideration that these states have to take.”
