ARISE Detroit! highlights ‘My Neighborhood Matters’ campaign during 18th annual Neighborhoods Day

The 18th annual ARISE Detroit! Neighborhoods Day, a citywide celebration of community spirit and service, returns on Saturday, Aug. 3. This year’s event, themed "My Neighborhood Matters," aims to amplify the voices and stories of Detroit residents. Events planned for the day include blight removal, beautification projects, art exhibitions, music festivals, and educational resource fairs. This year’s lineup also includes the return of the Belle Isle Art Fair and a new event: the MotorCity Arise Car and Bike Cruise. Host Stephen Henderson talks with ARISE Detroit!
