South Korea's spy agency said over 3,000 North Korean soldiers sent to help Russia fight its war against Ukraine are likely to have been killed or injured. Two have been captured alive. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said he is willing to hand them over if their leader Kim Jong Un releases Ukrainian prisoners of war being held in Russia. A lawmaker told reporters in Seoul that North Korean authorities appear to have called for their troops to kill themselves instead of being taken prisoner. Neither Moscow nor Pyongyang have acknowledged the presence of North Korean troops in Russia. Lim Yun Suk reports.
