ARTHUR THOMAS TAKES OATH OF OFFICE AS NEW ABEC CHAIRMAN

Attorney Arthur Thomas was sworn in as chairman of the Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission on Friday, succeeding the late John Jarvis. Thomas took the oaths of office and secrecy at Government House, pledging to continue the legacy of fair and transparent elections. Jamie J Roacher reports.
