मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल की गिरफ्तारी और ज्यूडिशियल कस्टडी के खिलाफ दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में सुनवाई शुरू हो गई है. केजरीवाल ने हाईकोर्ट में याचिका दायर की है और खुद की रिहाई की मांग की है. केजरीवाल के वकील अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने अपना पक्ष रखते हुए कहा है कि PMLA के तहत गिरफ्तारी के कोई सबूत हैं और बिना किसी बयान दर्ज किए गिरफ्तारी कैसे की जा सकती है. इस अलावा केजरीवाल की ओर से सरकारी गवाहों को लेकर भी सवाल उठाए गए हैं.
