दिल्ली में हुए कथित शराब घोटाला मामले में पूछताछ के लिए प्रवर्तन निदेशालय के तीसरे समन पर भी मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल नहीं पहुंचे थे. जांच एजेंसी को सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल ने चिट्ठी लिखकर बताया बुधवार को बताया था कि वो जांच एजेंसी के सामने क्यों नहीं पेश हो पा रहे हैं. उन्होंने बताया था कि राज्यसभा चुनाव की वजह से वो व्यस्त हैं हालांकि वो किसी भी सवाल का जवाब देने के लिए तैयार हैं. नोटिस को गैरकानूनी बताते हुए कहा था कि ईडी के अधिकारी केस से संबंधित सवालों की सूची भेज दें वो जवाब देने के लिए तैयार हैं. दिल्ली एक्साइज मामले में ईडी के अधिकारी बेवजह गोपनीयता बनाए हुए हैं. मनमाने ढंग से काम कर रहे हैं. उन्होंने कहा था कि समन उन तक पहुंचने से पहले ही सार्वजनिक हो चुका था. ऐसे में सवाल उठ रहा है कि समन का मकसद पूछताछ करना है या उनकी प्रतिष्ठा को धूमिल करना है.
